Currently, Zarina shop services focus on delivery inside the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan only. What is your exchange and return policy? ما هي سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع؟

Your satisfaction is our priority. If the product arrives not matching the specifications or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the order and we will work to replace it. We apologize that products with opened original packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. رضاكم هو أولويتنا. إذا وصلك المنتج بحالة غير مطابقة للمواصفات أو تعرض للتلف أثناء الشحن، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب، وسنعمل على استبداله.
